- Conduct technical product training sessions for golf professionals and retail staff to improve their sales efficacy.
- Organize and facilitate on-site demo days and club-fitting events for end consumers at local clubs.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities in the territory.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure point-of-purchase materials and displays are correctly utilized.
- Resolve account issues regarding billing, shipping discrepancies, and warranty claims for retail partners.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of golf equipment technology, apparel trends, and the industry landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in territory management or business-to-business sales environments.
- Strong communication skills for delivering technical presentations and negotiating commercial terms.
- Ability to manage a demanding travel schedule that includes frequent overnight trips and weekend events.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management software to track account interactions and sales performance.
- A valid driver license and a clean driving record for frequent travel between client locations.
