Responsibilities

- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local alcohol beverage laws and safety regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams across production, logistics, marketing, and taproom departments.
- Negotiate contracts with raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and third-party distributors.
- Implement standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and workplace safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product development and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical processes involved in brewing, distilling, or winemaking.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management including P&L responsibility and budget forecasting.
- Thorough understanding of Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau regulations and state licensing laws.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a production and retail environment.
