Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive brand audits to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for market repositioning.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with client leadership teams to define core mission, vision, and values.
• Develop scalable visual identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
• Draft brand guideline documentation to ensure consistent implementation across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Oversee the rollout of new brand identities across digital platforms, print collateral, and physical environments.
• Manage the end-to-end client relationship from initial proposal and contract negotiation to final asset delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging design technologies to provide clients with contemporary and relevant advice.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, or creative direction.
• Expert-level proficiency in professional design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• A robust portfolio of work demonstrating successful brand launches or significant identity transformations.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into visual and narrative strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for pitching concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
