Responsibilities
- Identify and validate underserved market needs through extensive qualitative and quantitative research.

- Define the long-term vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for the emerging venture.
- Build a diverse initial team of engineers, designers, and operators to execute the business plan.
- Prepare and deliver investment pitches to the venture studio's board or external venture capitalists.
- Manage the initial operating budget and allocate resources effectively across early-stage initiatives.
- Oversee the transition of the venture from an internal project to a standalone commercial company.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in startup environments, particularly in leadership or early-employee capacities.
- Proven track record of building and launching digital products or services from scratch.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing early-stage operating budgets.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communicating complex visions to investors.
