- Train production staff on food safety protocols and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point principles.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or a closely related biological science.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and Food Safety Modernization Act regulations.
- Experience operating standard laboratory equipment such as spectrometers, titrators, and incubators.
- Proficiency in technical writing and digital data management systems for compliance reporting.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including cold storage and high-heat processing areas.
