- Research tax laws and legislative changes to optimize client tax efficiency across various account types.
- Coordinate with external professionals like attorneys and accountants to implement complex estate strategies.
- Monitor financial market trends and economic data to inform internal investment committee decisions.
- Manage client relationships through consistent communication regarding performance and financial milestones.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related business field is required.
- Obtaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is a standard industry requirement for this role.
- Several years of experience in wealth management or financial analysis is necessary for senior positions.
- Proficiency with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital is essential.
- Active registration as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65 or equivalent) must be maintained.
