Maintain physical inventory security protocols to prevent loss or theft of regulated items.
Monitor changes in state and federal firearms legislation to update internal compliance manuals.

Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience in firearms industry compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Extensive working knowledge of ATF regulations including 27 CFR Part 478 and Part 479.
- Proficiency in electronic Bound Book software and inventory management systems.
- Experience in managing and responding to ATF compliance inspections.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting legislative changes and technical legal documents.
- A clean criminal background suitable for handling sensitive regulatory data.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
- Previous experience as an ATF Industry Operations Investigator (IOI).
- Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and export controls.
- Experience in manufacturing quality control or industrial auditing.
