Responsibilities

- Analyze equipment downtime data to identify root causes and implement reliability improvements.

- Design optimized equipment layouts to maximize floor space and production flow efficiency.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or significant progress toward certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of five years of experience in industrial facility maintenance or infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for structural and utility system modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of local building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industrial management credentials.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or Maximo.
