- Advise senior leadership on organizational alignment and post-workshop implementation strategies.
- Develop proprietary toolkits and frameworks to standardize the delivery of facilitation services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional facilitation or management consulting at a senior level.
- Mastery of collaborative software tools and physical workshop materials for both remote and in-person settings.
- Advanced proficiency in organizational psychology or behavioral science principles.
- Strong public speaking and group presentation skills honed in corporate environments.
- Extensive portfolio of successful strategic outcomes delivered for mid-to-large scale enterprises.
