Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership to secure buy-in for transformational projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design strategy, human-computer interaction, or a related social science field.
- Extensive experience in professional design research and systems thinking within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite for documenting complex frameworks.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of strategic design on real-world business challenges.
- Advanced verbal and visual communication skills used for simplifying complex data into compelling narratives.
