Responsibilities

- Supervise the assembly of temporary structures including backdrops, stages, and elaborate ceiling installations.
- Coordinate with electrical and lighting teams to ensure visual effects are integrated safely and effectively.
- Execute the final styling of table settings, floral displays, and furniture to meet aesthetic standards.
- Oversee the rapid and efficient dismantling and packing of all materials after the event concludes.
- Maintain high safety standards by ensuring all installations comply with local fire and building codes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in event production, set design, or a related visual merchandising field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using manual and power tools for the assembly of decor structures.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights using ladders or lifts.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols regarding weight loads and flammable materials.
- Proven ability to manage time-sensitive projects and lead small teams under tight deadlines.
