Overview

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic planning and logistical execution of all organizational events and activations.
• Manage comprehensive event budgets and oversee procurement processes for major vendors and suppliers.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and risk management frameworks for varied physical environments.
• Lead multidisciplinary operations teams and external contractors during setup, live execution, and load-out.

• Implement data-driven post-event evaluations to refine operational efficiency and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event logistics with broader brand and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of experience in large-scale event production or complex logistical management.
• Proven track record of managing seven-figure event budgets with strict financial accountability.
• Advanced certification in event safety management or occupational health and safety standards.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and international vendor management within the events industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse teams in high-pressure, time-bound environments.
• Strong proficiency in event management software and project management tools.
