Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience specifically managing leave administration and disability programs.
- Deep technical knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific paid family leave regulations.
- Expertise in using Human Resources Information Systems and dedicated leave management software.
