Responsibilities

- Conduct multi-stage inspections at manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety codes.
- Coordinate the installation and integration of specialized radio, navigation, and mobile data systems.
- Evaluate new technologies in emergency lighting, extrication tools, and pumping systems for fleet modernization.
- Facilitate training for department personnel on the operation and maintenance of new apparatus.
- Review and update fleet maintenance schedules to ensure long-term vehicle reliability and legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in emergency services operations or heavy vehicle mechanical engineering.
