Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in hospitality management, environmental science, or a related business field is standard.
- At least five years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a boutique or remote setting.
- Proven competency in managing off-grid infrastructure or sustainable building systems.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management including P&L responsibility and budget forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in local and international environmental regulations and certification standards like LEED or Green Globe.
