Responsibilities

- Ensure total compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
- Implement energy conservation measures and sustainability initiatives to reduce the plant's carbon footprint.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of stationary engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate utility shutdowns and system integrations with campus facility stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- Extensive experience in the operation of large-scale central utility plants or industrial power facilities.
- Deep knowledge of high-pressure steam systems and centrifugal refrigeration machines.
- Current state-specific stationary engineer license or equivalent professional certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale infrastructure budgets and procurement processes.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
