Responsibilities

- Identify critical skill gaps within the current workforce and recommend internal mobility or upskilling programs.
- Analyze labor market trends and internal attrition data to inform contingency planning and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the implementation of workforce management software and data visualization tools for real-time reporting.
- Present detailed labor budget forecasts and variance reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer.
- Lead cross-functional teams in redesigning organizational structures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in human capital management or strategic business planning.
- Expert proficiency in statistical modeling and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale organizational change or restructuring initiatives.
- Deep understanding of financial planning and labor cost accounting principles.
- Advanced communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical executive audiences.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master degree in Data Analytics.
