Overview
This role involves a blend of high-level systems thinking and hands-on project management to ensure the organization meets its multi-year objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's three-to-five-year strategic roadmap.
- Design and implement new internal programs that expand the reach and efficacy of the nonprofit's services.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and programs departments to ensure alignment on key performance indicators.
- Oversee large-scale change management efforts to modernize organizational workflows and technology systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors regarding progress on strategic milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to identify new opportunities for mission advancement.
- Manage high-priority external partnerships with other NGOs, government agencies, and corporate donors.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven to ten years of experience in strategic planning or senior program management.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams within the social impact or public sector.
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and organizational development frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related social science field.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets and complex financial reporting requirements.

- A Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Business Administration (MBA).
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
