- Act as a technical executive sponsor for strategic accounts during the final stages of the sales cycle.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the pre-sales engineering organization.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize the development of features requested by major clients.
- Oversee the professional development and technical training programs for the sales engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling technical teams in a high-growth setting.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and common integration protocols.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
