Director of Program Operations, Mental Health Network (US/New England Remote)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of clinical program expansion across new and existing markets.
• Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into the clinical network.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to clinical quality, provider engagement, and patient access.
• Collaborate with technology teams to refine electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes data.
• Direct cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and reduce operational friction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven to ten years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical program management.
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related clinical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site or large-scale telehealth provider networks.
• Deep knowledge of behavioral health billing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to utilize data analytics tools to drive operational improvements.
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives within a healthcare setting.
