Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the delivery frameworks and methodologies used across the engineering and product departments.
• Oversee the coordination of complex product launches involving multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to delivery speed, quality, and team health.
• Manage resource allocation and budget planning to ensure product initiatives are adequately staffed.
• Identify and mitigate organizational risks that could delay product milestones or compromise quality standards.
• Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Mentor and lead a team of delivery managers or program managers to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management, product management, or engineering leadership within a technology environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products from conception through to market launch.
• Expert-level knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams in a high-growth setting.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related technical field.
