Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the platform of value-added services provided to portfolio companies.
- Curate a network of specialized consultants, vendors, and advisors to assist startups with specific technical challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing communities and peer groups among portfolio founders and executives.
- Assist portfolio companies with executive recruiting and organizational design during rapid growth phases.
- Organize events and workshops that connect portfolio companies with potential enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Track and report on the operational health and performance metrics of the investment portfolio.
- Collaborate with the investment team during due diligence to identify potential operational risks or opportunities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in startup operations, management consulting, or venture capital platform roles.
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth technology companies through various funding rounds.
- Strong network within the technology ecosystem, including relationships with talent and service providers.
- Expertise in strategic planning and organizational development across multiple business functions.
