Qualifications
- A Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related clinical field is required.
- At least seven to ten years of experience in healthcare management or clinical quality oversight.
- Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Patient Safety (CPPS).
- Deep knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and CMS regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in utilizing Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
