Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators related to patient wait times, clinical quality, and platform utilization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the user experience for both providers and patients.
- Develop and manage the annual operational budget to ensure cost-effective scaling of the service.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new clinical programs or insurance partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of operational leadership experience within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing remote or distributed workforces at scale.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and operational modeling using business intelligence tools.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup environment.
