Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in digital learning design and curriculum development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale educational projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in learning management systems and authoring software like Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating the ROI of educational programs.
