Responsibilities

- Measure the effectiveness of communication channels through data-driven engagement surveys and sentiment analysis.
- Oversee the management of internal platforms including intranets, Slack channels, and employee newsletters.
- Lead the planning and execution of all-hands meetings and company-wide cultural events.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure consistent messaging throughout the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or organizational development.
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a large or rapidly scaling organization.
- Advanced proficiency in writing and editing with a focus on narrative storytelling and brand voice.
- Expertise in using digital communication tools and content management systems for internal engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and advise on complex messaging strategies.
- A bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- Experience managing communications for a publicly traded company or during an IPO process.
- Certification in specific change management methodologies such as Prosci or ACMP.
