Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for employee engagement and cultural development across the organization.
- Design and implement internal communication frameworks to ensure transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Analyze employee net promoter scores and turnover data to identify trends and areas for intervention.
- Lead the creation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a sense of belonging for all staff.
- Collaborate with the IT and Facilities departments to optimize the physical and digital workspace experience.
- Oversee the management of internal social events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Advise senior leadership on cultural implications of major business decisions and organizational changes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in human resources, people operations, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale culture change initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Advanced knowledge of employee engagement methodologies and survey design principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR or communications professionals.
Nice to have
- A Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company or a global multinational corporation.
