Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for management on identifying and supporting employees in distress.
Qualifications
- A master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- State licensure as a mental health professional, such as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Significant experience in clinical practice combined with at least five years of administrative leadership.
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare privacy laws.
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor contract negotiations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting software for tracking program metrics.
