Director of Elder Care Services
The strategic management and operational oversight of facilities and services dedicated to senior citizens.
Overview
This career involves managing the complex intersection of healthcare administration, hospitality, and social advocacy. Daily activities revolve around monitoring clinical outcomes, managing large multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining the financial health of the organization through census management and budgeting. They solve problems related to workforce retention, family mediation, and the implementation of emerging geriatric care technologies.
