Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in professional DEI, HR, or organizational development roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale cultural change initiatives within a corporate or non-profit setting.
- Deep knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws and global diversity regulations.
- Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
