Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer success, service design, or strategic consulting roles.
- Mastery of customer data platforms and experience management software like Medallia or Qualtrics.
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change or digital transformation projects.
- Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or a related social science field.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and secure buy-in for departmental initiatives.
