Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in finance, economics, or a healthcare-related field.
- Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the healthcare sector.
- Advanced proficiency in complex financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proven track record of closing middle-market or enterprise-level healthcare transactions.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback statutes.
