Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive BIM execution plans for multi-megawatt data center projects.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with MEP subcontractors to resolve spatial conflicts within the digital model.
- Manage the handover of digital twin assets to facility management teams for long-term operational use.
- Implement automated clash detection workflows to reduce field rework and material waste.
- Review site-captured laser scan data against design models to ensure construction accuracy.
- Develop standardized digital workflows that integrate schedule and cost data into the 3D model environment.
- Audit model quality and data integrity across all design disciplines to meet client specifications.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience managing VDC workflows on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
- Mastery of industry-standard BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, and specialized coordination platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data center specific systems such as high-voltage power distribution and industrial cooling.
- Proficiency in managing Common Data Environments and cloud-based construction collaboration tools.
