Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of dental practice accounts to ensure high levels of software engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct virtual and occasionally on-site training sessions for dental clinical staff and administrative teams.
- Analyze customer health scores and usage metrics to proactively address potential churn risks.
- Liaise between the customer and product development teams to provide feedback on dental software features.
- Develop and implement customized onboarding plans tailored to the specific needs of individual dental clinics.
- Lead renewal discussions and identify opportunities for upselling additional modules or imaging hardware.
- Troubleshoot complex workflow issues related to patient records, billing, and digital imaging integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer success or account management within the SaaS industry.
- Proven understanding of dental practice operations, including billing, scheduling, and patient management.
- Experience using and configuring common dental practice management software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of client accounts using CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for delivering technical training to non-technical audiences.

- Previous clinical experience as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or office manager.
- Certification in Customer Success Management or Health Informatics.
- Experience with dental imaging hardware and DICOM standard integration.
