Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field is typically required.
- Extensive experience in progressively responsible administrative roles within a higher education setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management and conflict resolution techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws governing higher education, such as Title IX and FERPA.
- Proven ability to manage large departmental budgets and lead diverse professional teams.
- Strong public speaking and written communication skills for diverse internal and external audiences.

- A Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership or a related discipline is often preferred.
- Active participation and leadership in professional organizations such as NASPA or ACPA.
