- Advocate for client needs by providing feedback to product teams regarding environmental feature requests.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell within the existing customer base.
- Develop educational resources and training materials to increase user proficiency in carbon reporting and compliance.
- Monitor regional environmental regulations to advise clients on how the product helps meet statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience in account management or customer success within the software industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of climate science fundamentals, carbon accounting, or renewable energy markets.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple corporate departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
