Customer Experience (CX) Innovation Lead
Redesigns customer journeys and service delivery systems to enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.
Overview
This career involves a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to transform the end-to-end customer journey. The daily rhythm is characterized by cross-functional collaboration, moving between data deep-dives to understand churn drivers and creative workshops aimed at prototyping new service models.
