Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field of study.
- Ten or more years of experience in customer-facing roles with at least five years in leadership.
- Proven expertise in using data visualization tools and customer feedback software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale organizational change and cross-departmental projects.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and service design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
