- Maintain and calibrate shop equipment to ensure safe and continuous production workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication techniques within a professional shop environment.
- Professional certification from a recognized body such as the American Welding Society.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical schematics.
- Advanced knowledge of metallurgy and the properties of different ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
