Responsibilities

- Operate industrial woodworking machinery including table saws, planers, jointers, and CNC routers safely.
- Apply various finishes such as oils, lacquers, and stains to protect and enhance the wood surface.
- Manage project timelines and material costs to ensure the profitability of custom commissions.
- Install completed pieces in client locations to ensure proper fit and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven mastery of fundamental woodworking techniques and structural joinery methods.
- Extensive experience operating industrial woodworking machinery and maintaining precision hand tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wood science, including grain orientation and seasonal movement.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods in a workshop environment.
