Responsibilities

- Utilize 3D scanning equipment to capture accurate digital representations of vintage vehicle frames.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on weight, strength, and budget requirements.
- Document engineering specifications and assembly instructions for one-off automotive builds.
- Evaluate component performance through physical testing and iterative design adjustments.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive suspension geometry and vehicle dynamics principles.
- Experience with various manufacturing techniques including CNC machining, laser cutting, and TIG welding.
