- Analyze failed prints to identify and rectify issues in bed leveling, extrusion rates, or temperature control.
- Maintain an inventory of filaments, resins, and spare machine components to prevent production delays.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Blender.
- Deep technical knowledge of Fused Deposition Modeling and Stereolithography hardware architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing for mechanical assemblies.
- Foundational understanding of polymer chemistry and material properties for engineering applications.
- Expertise in print preparation software to manage support structures and toolpaths.
