- Oversee the design and execution of audio-visual production, including lighting, sound, and digital media.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align event programming with corporate messaging and brand identity.
- Lead on-site event staff and volunteers during live execution to manage crowd flow and technical cues.
- Analyze post-event data and attendee feedback to measure return on investment and inform future strategy.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in professional event management or production.
- Proven proficiency in event management software and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding six figures.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in legal contract review for venue and talent procurement.
- Knowledge of technical production requirements including A/V, lighting, and live-streaming technologies.

- Professional certification such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP).
- Experience managing international events and navigating complex global logistics and customs.
