Qualifications
- An MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field is standard.
- Extensive experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development is required.
- Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies like DCF and comparable company analysis.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulatory requirements surrounding corporate transactions.

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives within a specific industry vertical.
