- Collaborate with department heads to align improvement initiatives with broader organisational goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or a related operational field.
- Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or an equivalent process improvement methodology.
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and statistical process control tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through significant organisational transitions.
