Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and competitor data to determine optimal positioning and pricing for assets.
- Manage relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements.
- Direct the selection and oversight of third-party vendors, including property managers and leasing brokers.
- Oversee the execution of major renovation or redevelopment projects to ensure they remain on schedule and budget.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or property management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized real estate modeling software like ARGUS.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legal documents including commercial leases and loan agreements.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics such as Internal Rate of Return and Capitalization Rates.
