Responsibilities

- Draft and present comprehensive investment memoranda to internal committees and executive leadership.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements and oversee the closing of multi-million dollar transactions.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify emerging geographic areas for capital deployment.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to transition acquired properties into the operational phase.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in finance, real estate, or a related business field is mandatory.
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate investment or investment banking.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized financial modeling software like ARGUS Enterprise.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate law fundamentals.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closed commercial transactions across various asset classes.
