- Provide neutral evaluations of the strengths and weaknesses of each party's legal and factual arguments.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and subject matter experts throughout the dispute lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor or equivalent professional degree in law is typically mandatory.
- Accreditation from a recognized mediation body such as CEDR or the American Arbitration Association.
- Ten or more years of experience in commercial litigation or construction law.
- Proven history of managing complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law and dispute resolution theory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex legal concepts.
