- Oversee the maintenance of specialized vehicles, trailers, and heavy lifting equipment used in field operations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial apiculture involving the management of at least one thousand colonies.
- In-depth knowledge of honeybee biology, pathology, and seasonal management techniques.
- A valid commercial driver license for transporting hives and heavy equipment between sites.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical maintenance and the operation of apiary-specific machinery.
- Comprehensive understanding of national and regional biosecurity regulations and agricultural laws.
