Responsibilities

- Synthesize customer feedback and environmental compliance needs for the product and engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion by identifying unmet needs in a client's environmental strategy.
- Develop educational resources and training programs to increase platform adoption among diverse user groups.
- Monitor account health metrics to proactively address potential churn and technical bottlenecks.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex data discrepancies in carbon accounting or energy reporting.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years in customer success or account management within the SaaS or greentech sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in carbon accounting frameworks such as the GHG Protocol or TCFD reporting.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting environmental data and performance metrics.
- Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships with complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data visualization tools for reporting purposes.
